A.Please contact the KEP administrator of your company or department.

A.Your login ID will be your registered email address. If you have a K-iSS account, your login ID will be the email address registered on K-iSS

A.To unlock the account, please log in again after 60 minutes or contact the system management office in case of urgent matters.

A.If you enter your password incorrectly five times, your account will be locked. *For security reasons, there is no indication for that. Once your account is locked, you will not be able to log in for "60 minutes".

A.Please use the initial password provided by your organization KEP administrator. Please change your password when you log in for the first time.

A.Please go to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?" to reset your password.

A.The email address registered in your account may be incorrect, or the password reset email may have been judged as spam. Please contact the System management office if both of them weren't the case.

A.The expiration date is 90 days. You will be notified 14 days before the expiration date on the login screen. Please update your account as soon as possible.

A.Password cannot be changed if it is changed within 24 hours.
   In other cases, if you cannot change your password, please check the password policy below.

1. 8-20 characters.
2. The password must contain three of the following four categories of characters.
 - Latin uppercase letters (A-Z) *1
 - Latin lowercase letters (a-z) *1
 - Arabic numerals (0-9) *1
 - Symbolic characters *1, 2
 *1 Please use single-byte characters.
 *2 Symbolic characters are @-_! #$%&'()=, etc.
3. You cannot use the same password with the previous one and that of two times before.
4. You cannot define the password if the same 7 or more contiguous characters are used 
    in both user ID and password.

A.If you have an email address from your company domain, please use it.
ex) ********@kubota.com
If you do not have one, please use an optional email address.

A.KEP has been tested in the following settings.
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro + Google Chrome latest version
We are planning on conducting a verification for smartphones and tablets (Android / iOS).
