Q.I would like to start using KEP, how can I get an ID for it?

A.Please contact the KEP administrator of your company or department.

Q.What is the password for the first time I log in to KEP?

A.Please use the initial password provided by your organization KEP administrator. Please change your password when you log in for the first time.

Q.What is the recommended setting for using KEP?

A.KEP has been tested in the following settings.
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro + Google Chrome latest version
We are planning on conducting a verification for smartphones and tablets (Android / iOS).

Q.Are the IDs and passwords used to log in to KEP BA (Business Application) and KEP SP (Sales Portal) the same for both?

A.Yes they are the same.
However, KEP SP is not accessible only by registering for KEP BA. In like wise, KEP BA is not accessible only by registering for KEP SP.
Only if you have already registered for both, you will be able to log in to each using the same ID and password. Please contact the system administrator in your company or division for the registration.

Q.I am currently registered for KEP BA (Business Application).
I also would like to use KEP SP (Sales Portal). What's the step to register?

A.Please contact the KEP SP administrator in your company or division.
